Frequently Asked Questions

How are my articles evaluated?

Articles are evaluated based on two important criteria: level of creativity and English writing skills.

Depending on the quality of your editorials you may receive these evaluation:

 - Very Good (accepted*)

 - Good (accepted*)

 - Good enough (accepted*)

 - Not so good (still, accepted*), followed by a explanatory Note where is explained why article is not so good.

 - Not so good (not accepted*), followed by a explanatory Note where is explained why article is not accepted and action is needed (re-writing or you may choose to abandon the editorial).

*Accepted or not accepted* means: the article has been (or not) accepted by editorial reviewers.

How am I paid?

Most of the writers prefers payments via PayPal. We may also pay on oDesk or Elance as follows:

1. If you have quality articles, we will post on oDesk or Elance a new job for 5, 10 or 20 articles set and invite you privately to join our project and of course pay your work prior sending the articles.

2. If you have quality article, the rest of the payment will be done via PayPal to avoid fees. However, on some task (minimum 10 article/task) we will pay on oDesk $5 for feedback proposes (the rest of the money, as I said, on PayPal).

3. Payment only via PayPal to avoid further complications.

How many article should I write per task?

You may receive 1 article to write (on probation), than we assign to every writer: 5, 10 or 20 articles/task.

How fast should I write an article?

Our finish term is 2 articles/day. However, the minimum assignment (which should not be a rule, but an exception) is 1 article/day.

If you have an 5 article/task, you should finish them in three days, or latest on five days. If you have 10 articles/task you may finish them in 5-6 days, or latest in 10 days. Stick with the plan and write two/day. Do not delay them all the time.

How do I name the articles?

The name of the document must be the name of the keyword. We have a database of thousands of articles and we find them based on the keywords placed on the title of the document.

How many times should I use the keywords?

As stated in *Writer Agreement & Directives*, title of the article will start with the keyword. Article summary will start with the keyword. The article body will have the first word(s) the keyword. Use the keyword at least two times inside the article.

However, do not use rigid constructions based on keywords. Keywords are not suppose to block your imagination. If is hard for you to compose using them, leave the keyword only on the title and at the beginning of the article and we will add extra keywords in the body of your article when we will review them.

How should an article sound like?

Articles must look like some professionals friendly (& eventually with some humor) advice people to resolve problems. Do not formulate them as an advertising. Feel free to advice. Do not use rigid constructions.

Can I create a document with more articles?

No, you may not. Articles must be written individually.

We have organized our system to make it easy for both writers and administrators. Combining for instance five article in one will not help us at all to find your individual article in our database. Naming them for example: *articles 1-5* will make this untraceable in our database.  If you prefer sending more than one article at one time, send all separated 5 documents with your articles along with *Words Count* for all of them as stated in *Writer Agreement & Directives*.

· Software & Services

Can I choose a niche?

We assign keywords based on our niches requests and they may differ.

If any of the niches listed above are available , you may choose one that suits you.

Can I repeat the information in a new article if my keywords are slightly the same?

Is not a problem if you repeat the information. Important is how you do it.  We can understand that writing on the same topic could be boring and make you loose out your creativity sometimes, but somehow many niches has lots of keywords where articles are needed.

However you can approach the subject differently on every article even if you write the same thing.

Keywords are approximately the same. I could literally use the same article. I have no idea what else should I write on the same keywords. What do you advice me to do?

Yes many times you can receive the same keyword 2/3 times and most of the time keywords are looking the same because they are from the same niche and the only difference between them are  the synonyms of that keywords and the construction of the phrase/keywords.

Once again, keywords are not suppose to block your imagination. We will take an example. This is how an e-mail from us will look like:

For your convenience, this are the next 10 keywords for the present payment on PayPal:

speed up your computer (two articles)

computer speed

check computer speed

speed up my computer

windows registry repair

Repair registry on windows

Computer slow startup

PC startup slow

PC slow startup

You notice that keywords are slightly different and is all on the same subject over and over again. Now we will give you an example of how you should write the articles with the same keywords:

- On *speed up your computer* you may speak about what makes a computer to work faster (a general story about memory, hdd cash, processor). At the end tell them to buy more memory or a higher processor, depends what you consider that slow them down.

- On *computer speed*, you may speak about dos commands that shows the speed of processor, internet speed, network speed, how to clear cash (for example). Than you may talk about software/websites where computer speed is tested.... something like that.

- On *check computer speed* you may speak about computer hardware equipment, and what to replace. Another options will be to talk about brands that are considered the best for memory, or for hard drives.

- On *speed up my computer* you may speak about cleaning cash, internet temporary, temporary folder in windows and Prefetch and/or about the Internet speed... how to make it faster...

The sky is the limit.

Another idea is to speak in an article ONLY about the speed of the hard-drive. For example, you make the history of hdd (first speed and measures: 500 MB, 1GB, etc) and at the end you tell them what HDD are the best to buy, best brands, speed, GB and so on. Than you can only talk about memory, than only about Internet and so on. Important is that the article to be connected to the keyword.

Can I copy or rewrite an article seen on other sources?

NO! This is the biggest mistake you can make as a writer in your career generally speaking.

We do not tolerate any form of copyright infringement.

Don't even think of copy/paste or re-writing/spin articles. That will end our cooperation immediately.

The only thing you can really do is to read the information you may need on different sources and get to know what is all about. After that, the writing process must be your creation 100%.
